SHILOH KELLY BIO
A brand and strategic marketing powerhouse, Shiloh Kelly possesses an impressive track record of proven successes achieved over two decades in integrated B2B marketing, strategic planning, brand services and leadership with noted businesses of all sizes. She has held executive marketing positions with Fortune 500 companies, managing expansive to conservative budgets, and played key executive management roles in helping companies discover the heart of their brands and new market opportunities to yield millions.
Before infusing her talents in AchiVi, Shiloh worked as the CMO for a Tony Robbins® consulting firm, where she challenged the status quo and redefined their marketing program to reposition the company as a new brand entity essentially overnight. Then as Vice President of Marketing for Red Book Connect (boosting clients such as McDonalds®, Nordstroms®, and GameStop®), she was responsible for growing brand equity and increasing brand awareness reaching a 36% higher recognition than their foremost competitor. She preceded this success as Marketing and National Sustainability Lead for Fortune 500 leader BlueLinx, a past division of Georgia-Pacific®. Here Shiloh delivered a new business division to capitalize on the emerging green building market with a pinnacle success brought forth in her revolutionary virtual event generating $3.6 million in four days. She was a key spokesperson in Washington, DC as well as on the customer circuit representing this emerging sector’s values.
Running her own successful marketing consulting firm and boutique advertising agency allowed Shiloh to bring her own vision to life by delivering success to a wide range of B2B and B2C clients from sole entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar organizations such as Raytheon®. Meeting their needs head on through the implementation of an outsourced marketing team that fused together Strategic Plans with Creative Application giving her clients a competitive edge, while creating efficiencies in implementation costs and expanding revenue delivery.
Shiloh was at the birth of the Internet during her role as the Director of Communications of RMI.net; created by the founder of Qwest®. This was a unique experience for her to balance between educating the market on what the Internet was from the standpoint of telling consumers they should be on the web where no content existed, and telling businesses they needed a web site when there were no consumers on the web. In less than a year, Shiloh generated 800 media exposures in the press, including BBC and CNBC Squawk Box coverage, fueling a 165% customer base growth.
During her span at Vail Resorts, she implemented a unifying brand standards tool kit that established a powerful, consistent brand representation. Additionally by streamlining marketing production, Shiloh was able to garner budgetary efficiencies of over $200,000 in 6 months where none were thought possible. Her work with all industries represented under the Vail umbrella (including restaurants, retail, hospitality and events) created a prominent competitive environment positioning their outlets as leaders in the local market.
Shiloh graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, with a B.S. degree in Science and emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations. During her career she has spent time giving back to various non-profits with her marketing knowledge from the Home Builders Foundation® to The Denver Children’s Museum® and Access to Art to Women’sVision® Foundation.
